X Factor presenter Holly Willoughby as promotional models revealed she was pregnant to millions of television viewers last night.
The secret was revealed when Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh both congratulated the 27-year-old star on her pregnancy as she presented the Xtra Factor on ITV2 live.
Blonde Holly seemed surprised but she bashfully admitted: 'Yes, I am pregnant - I don't know if people know that yet.'
While a murmur of excitement whooshed round the judges' bench, she admitted that she was feeling emotional and was just about to cry.
Earlier this week Holly showed off her curvy figure as she attended the National Television Awards in London.
The star gave no hint she was expecting in a clinging silver dress.
Brighton-born Holly spends the year balancing presenting duties of various shows, including Dancing On Ice, Streetmate and The Xtra Factor.
She married TV producer Dan Baldwin, who she met on children’s show Ministry of Mayhem, inBest friend and Radio 1 DJ Fearne Cotton was a bridesmaid along with Sarah Cawood and Dermot O'Leary was an usher.
Shortly after her marriage she spoke about wanting to be a 'young mum'.
'I can't wait to have children," she told the Mail. 'I want to be a young mum. When it will happen, I'm not sure, but we look forward to it more than anything else.
'But I think it's good to enjoy being married for a bit first - unless it's a happy accident.
'People like Myleene Klass the runwamy models have proved that it's possible to have both - telly and kids. I'd also love to move out to the country, and we probably will when we have kids.'
